Why should I choose Pro Audio Repairs?
Our techs have years of hands on experience and specialized training including factory training from the biggest manufacturers. We also understand that for many of you, equipment = income, so we strive to have the shortest turnaround times possible.
How much is your hourly rate?
Our non-warranty rate is $85.00/hour
Do you have RUSH service available?
Yes, when possible. The rate is $130.00/hr
Most repairs are done between 12-72 hours

Do I have to pay for an estimate?
All non-warranty items checked in for repair require a
non-refundable $85.00 deposit. This amount is applied to any repair costs, and serves as the full charge for any denied estimate.
Most items require some disassembly and even partial repair to ascertain an accurate estimate, therefore we must apply a minimum charge.
How long does a repair take?
It is in our best interest as well as yours to keep
turnaround short.
At this time, repairs run about 2-3 weeks, but we will make every effort to get your equipment back to you asap.
Warranty repairs can run into additional time, as we must work under the requirements of the manufacturers to keep your unit within their warranty specifications.
PAR also makes every effort to obtain parts for your repair in an expedient manner, but we cannot be held responsible
for delays in obtaining parts from other sources.
Do you do amplifier modifications?
Absolutely. We specialize in vintage amp work.
Can I just drop in?
Sure- we're open Tues thru Fri 12-7 and Sat 12-4.
Our location offers plenty of secure parking right
in front of our shop for ez access with your equipment.
Do you do warranty service for my item?
Check out our warranty page to see if your manufacturer is listed. If you don't see the company, give us a call- we're constantly updating our list.
Do you do on site service?
Yes,- for clubs, studios and similar commercial clientele.
