POLICIES FOR NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS:
Each item requires an $85.00 deposit when checked in.
This charge applies towards your total repair charges and serves as full payment in event of a denied estimate.
Non warranty repairs are covered against defects in labor for 30 days.
Unless prior arrangements have been made, completed repairs are expected to be picked up within 30 days of completion. After that date, a storage charge of $5.00 per day will be applied.
If item is not picked up within 90 days of completion it will be considered abandoned and will become the property of Pro Audio Repairs.
You must respond to an estimate within 30 days for it to be valid. After 30 days without a response, the item will begin to accrue storage charges of $5.00 per day. If estimate approval or arrangements for pickup of the item are not completed after 90 days from date of estimate, the item will be considered abandoned and become property of Pro Audio Repairs.
If the contact information you give us is not accurate, we cannot be held responsible for your item for more than 90 days. If you have not contacted us within 90 days, your item may be considered abandoned and become the property of Pro Audio Repairs.
