GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- Shipping an item to us may be faster and more inexpensive than you think.
- Carriers such as Fedex and UPS can get your item to us quickly with the added benefit of tracking.
- Repairs are generally processed to ship back to you within 24 hours of completion.

TIPS TO INSURE A SUCCESSFUL REPAIR via SHIPPING:
- Package each item separately.
- Be sure to secure loose parts.
- Make sure power cord / supply is included if applicable
- Put your contact information inside of the box as well
- Use factory packaging if possible. Otherwise, use a heavy-duty cardboard box with plenty of cushioning for the item so that it will not shift in transit. Tape all box seams.
- We cannot accept any package collect- it will be refused and returned.
- We must insure the package for return shipment.
- If your packaging is not deemed suitable for return shipment you may be subject to a handling/packaging charge.
- We cannot accept a damaged package, it will be refused and returned.
WARRANTY ITEMS SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- Items received in non-factory packaging may be subject to handling charges and in some cases may void our ability to process as a warranty repair. If you no longer have your factory packaging, please call before shipping an item.
- Warranty verification must be received before we can process your repair. Please include a copy of your sales receipt with the item. It must show necessary information such as serial number of the unit and date purchased to be processed.
- Please make sure that you include current contact information with your item, especially if it differs from the information on your sales receipt.
