WARRANTY SERVICES

All items submitted for warranty service must be accompanied by a valid bill of sale and/or pre-authorized by the warranty provider.

Warranty items should be shipped in the original manufacturer's packing

materials or they may be subject to refusal or a handling charge.

We will not accept items shipped collect or that show damage to the packaging.

Shipping charges may not be covered by your warranty.  No problem found diagnosis may not be covered by your warranty. Items showing evidence of misuse or abuse may not be covered by your warranty.

If you do not see your manufacturer- give us a call- we can often add them quickly or get an immediate authorization for a specific repair
